Accountabilities
1.Answers calls within stated time guidelines.
2.Analyses and interprets client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue.
3.Provides accurate and creative solutions to client problems meeting all pre defined quality measurements.
4.Escalates calls within stated guidelines.
5.Provides information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries.
6.Provides a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken.
7.Receives and records client inquiries and processes paperwork/systems relevant to client queries.
8.Liaises internally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved.
Knowledge and Experience
- College degree and above with major in English or Computer Science
- Good English communicationj skill
- Cantonese speaker
- Customer service experience (Helpdesk/ Call ceter)
- Basic IT knowledge
- Well organized and self-motivated;
- Team work.
