工作职责(responsibility):
-LAN in SZ and DG office maintain including LAN device and connection ports for LAN and Telephone.
-Provide reliable and responsive IT helpdesk support service to end users including software and hardware.
-IPsec(VPN) for end user trouble shooting, small office VPN connecting to Shenzhen trouble shooting.
-Company IT fixed asset including PC and relative device maintenance and management.
-revent Virus/hacker attacking to users’ PC, check and prevent users using unauthorized software by IT.
-ser LAN/Email account management.
职位要求(Requirement):
-ollege degree or above, Computer or relevant major.
-T helpdesk technical support experience preferred
-amiliar with MS Windows based server and client system maintenance.
-xpertise for WAN/LAN/VPN and internet accessing administration, Checkpoint are preferred.
-ood self-studying ability.
-luent writing and reading English.
-eamwork spirit and good communication skill.
-trong customer service mindset.
-bove bachelor is preferred.
