系统管理 - BMC Patrol工程师:
This is a technical role which also requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, commitment to customer focus, the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.

Products used are primarily from, but not limited to, the Tivoli Systems management tools in the Performance and Availability area.
Job Requirements & Qualification (skills/experiences)
Required Strong Technical Skills:
- BMC Patrol Product Skills –
- UNIX or Windows 95, NT, 2000 etc.
- BMC Patrol Scripting Language (PSL)
- Scripting skills (PERL/SHELL/KORN etc.)
- CA Unicenter

Required Non- Technical Skills:
- Initiative and Enthusiasm
- Work under pressure
- Good networking skills with vendors and technical specialists.
Special Requirement (Education/Major/Certificates)
Nice to have skills:
- experience in BMC Patrol and/or CA Unicenter and at least Senior experience in one the following service lines: Managed Storage, Intel/UNIX Server Management, Data Management, Transaction Monitors, Product Lifecycle Management
- Strong skills in at least one of the following operating Systems and systems management tools: Windows NT, HPUX/UNIX, Novell Netware, Windows 2000 server
- Good communication, documentation and presentation skills
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Good networking skills with vendors and technical specialists

To deploy, implement, administrator and provide technical support for systems management products for the midrange Intel and desktop environments, as well as contributing to planning for new tools/process deployments

Products used are primarily from, but not limited to, the Tivoli Systems management tools in the Performance and Availability area other tools.

Required Strong Technical Skills:
- HP OpenView
- UNIX (HP or SUN preferred) or Windows 95, NT, 2000 etc.
- Scripting skills (PERL/SHELL/KORN etc.)
- Relational database (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)

- Initiative and Enthusiasm
- Work under pressure

To develop, deploy, implement and administrator technical support for a set of tactically aligned security and configuration management tools for the midrange, Intel and desktop environments, as well as contributing to planning for new tools/process deployments

Primarily, the tool used is the iJWTFs (FACTS) suite developed by the team although exposure to Tivoli Licence Manager (TLM) and Tivoli Security Compliance Manager (SCM) would also be well regarded

- Automation (Scripting)
- UNIX or Windows 95, NT, 2000 etc.
- Database
- Scripting Languages (Perl / Shell)
- Network Protocols (SSH)

- Good networking skills with vendors and technical specialists.

Special Requirement (Education/Major/Certificates)

- solid experience in the automation of systems management products or at least Senior experience in one the following service lines: Managed Storage, Intel/UNIX Server Management, Data Management, Asset Management
- Strong skills in at least three of the following operating systems: Windows NT, AIX/UNIX, Novell Netware, Windows 2000 server ( MCSE)
