Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
-Office administration
-Counter issueSpecific responsibilities of the position: Office Admin
-Answering telephone and transferring to whomever the customer wants
-Welcoming the guests and clients when they are on a visit to Damco
-Arranging sending and receiving letters, calling the couriers for others
-Recording the details of the in and out letters, packages, and the couriers, and updating the record every day
-Keeping the vouchers of delivery in order
-Providing the stationary to whom may need
-Ordering the stationary from the supplier, and keeping the record of total amount so that can ordering in time
-Checking the faxes every half hour and handing out in time
-Making sure there’s enough paper in every copy machine and fax machineCounter issue
-Collecting Cash payments and registering properly in cash revenue register
-Collecting check payment and registering properly
-Releasing documents against payment collection
-Reconciling the cash and check received against registration together with Cashier on daily basisLearning opportunities in the position:
