Major responsibilities
-Deliver training services to clients on Performance Excellence programs, consistent with the company executive consultant material. Coach the customersexecutives and Champion to make sure they plan deployments of 6
-Sigma, Lean or Performance Improvement initiatives in a correct way
-Take action on any client needs and feedback
-Work with sales/ business development team at client prospects, with particular focus on top level decision
-makers
-To be a positive and contributing team member of the BMG Business team and office, contributing to the profitable growth of the company business in China Required skills and capabilities
-Excellent consulting and people management skills
-Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies
-Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing
-Above university Bachelor degree
-Proficient in MS Office; including financial spreadsheetsRequired experiences
-Multi
-function business experience with a large firm or multi
-national firm in manufacturing or services
-Rich experience in applying Process Improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing
