Your Responsibilities
1. Call Processing
- Courteously answer and process customer service requests and produce work orders within the required service levels.
- Follow workflow and escalation processes that ensure schedules for corrective and preventative maintenance, are attended to in a timely/efficient manner.
- Good working knowledge of SAP to raise work orders for service requests. Monitor and escalate work orders until engineers accept assignment. Monitor, by reports, any work orders not assigned every hour. Work with CSM in each state for call escalation of unassigned work orders.
- Shift work will be required during hours of operation.
2. Customer Service Behavior
- Display excellent customer service behavior with internal and external customers.
3. Parts Ordering
- Fast track parts orders for engineers and follow up on delivery status.
- Liaise with logistics and DHL to ensure parts availability and delivery on time.
- Monitor parts orders requests to DHL and match with a return request. Follow up on any missing return.
4. Relationship building
- Create appropriate service alliances with customers, engineers, state managers, suppliers and support functions internally with a view to maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Display excellent teamwork attitude and apply interpersonal skills with team members and other employees.
5. On
-going development
- Maintain good working product knowledge of all Philips Modalities.
- Company knowledge of processes and procedures.
- Internal and external Training Courses may be conducted – attendance will be required. Your Profile
-Proven record of good customer service preferably in related sectors
-Demonstrated ability in SAP
-Fast and accurate data entry
-Team Player as a member of a matrix
