Location:Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu
Main responsibility:
-Be an ambassador of the Nespresso Brand at the Boutique-Bar and deliver the highest possible customer service through every interaction in keeping with our premium image and positioning. Defined in the Concept of the Boutique-Bar
-Lead every customer through the ultimate coffee experience via the Nespresso System and its application at the Nespresso Boutique-Bar and the rest of the team
-Work in perfect unison and alignment with the rest of the team in particular the Team Leader/Supervisor and Barista to serve, nurture and convert each and every customer (existing and potential customer) into a Nespresso Brand Ambassador
Requirement:
Education
-Minimum High School/or a diploma with the relevant experience in retail or hotel
Experience
-Retail Selling & Service experience will be necessary
-Knowledge of coffee (products, accessories, machines etc would be an advantage)

-Excellent Presentation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Languages:
