1. maintain the supplier data in ERP system from time to time and make sure the data in new and accurate
2. check the invoices with the system record provided by the suppliers and post to the account.
3. arrange the payment to the supplier each month based on the record in ERP system
4. make the accounting voucher for all expense related to Raw Material.
5. make necessary analysis about the cost of inventory and expense related to RM
6. make the reconciliation with intercomany firms domestic and overseas.
