Main tasks:
1.Responsible for maintaining PO tracker, supplier database, price database etc.
2.Responsible for daily PO creation punctually based on negotiated terms and conditions by buyer.
3.PO follow up such as PO issue, confirm, delivery push, payment, quality complain tracking.
4.Daily communication with buyer to ensure accuracy of all PO created in system and update & maintenance when necessary.
5.Team coordinator of process improvement such as new procedure initiation and audit preparation.
6.Monthly report of purchasing activity analysis (When reporting system setup)
7.Responsible maintaining of global contract&annual agreement
8.Supplier performance Tracking.
9.To be backup for buyerRequired profile:
1.Engineering background, bachelor degree preferred
2.Fast learning
3.Chariness and patience but strong personality required
4.Good communication and data analysis ability/skill
5.Good skill of Office software application
6.Basic knowledge of purchasing practice
7.Fluent English both in writing and speaking
8.Reside in Jiading of advantage
