Join on the Management Trainee program , and you’ll be embarking on a 2 year training program that will equip you with all the personal and professional skills you need to succeed in a major multinational business. We’ll help you build upon your strengths and meet challenges that really stretch you. We’ll also provide you with the freedom to express your individuality and make business-critical decisions from the outset.
   After two years of highly regarded training and development you’ll have the confidence and competence to shoulder the accountability that comes with early responsibility. More than that, you’ll be ready to take an already highly successful business to new levels of achievement.
Requirements:

1.      Bachelor degree or above, good academic record. (Prefer major in Biology or   agricultural related)

2.      Good command of English, both in oral and written

3.      Good communication skills

4.      Energetic, innovative

5.      Quick learner and self motivator

6.      Target individual must have geographic mobility, Certain rotations will be in 2nd tier cities within Yunnan,Si Chuan Province.
