ICDL China (ww***.cn[点击查看]) was officially appointed as the National Licensee of the ICDL programme in the mainland China in 2006. Based in Beijing, ICDL China is committed to marketing the ICDL concept and programme and fostering the development of the Information Society throughout the country.
