Job Title: New Product Engineer

Description of Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and improves RF instrument related manufacturing process. Supports and implements the transition of new products from R&D to factory, and continuously improving manufacturing processes throughout the lifecycle.

Works with R&D, to understand the design of RF instruments, advises R&D on Design For Manufacturing, Testing, Support etc.
Define and conduct HW qualification test for new design.
Define test methodology for manufacturing of Radio Measurement Instrument.
Works with test engineering, set up the product line for RF instrument including the automatic test system, train the operators to repair the product and handle all technical issues during production. Improve the design.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Master degree in Electronic Engineering
Deep understanding and know-how of RF knowledge
Familiar with Agilent instruments: spectrum analyzer, signal source, network analyzer, oscilloscope etc
Strong capability of learning and analysis
Good communication skill(English and Chinese)
knowledge of NPI process , project management or manufacturing process is preferred
HW development experience is highly preferred
Capable of programming with C,VEE or CVI is preferred

Job Title: Manufacturing Test Engineer

Description of Responsibilities:

Working with NPI engineering, design and sets up the automatic test system for the RF instrument product line, provides the test methodology for specified RF product, or RF circuit board, set up the automatic test system including coding the test program, to ensure the high output of product line and high quality of product.
Be the consultant for the RF test solutions

Requirements:
Bachelors or Master degree in Electronic Engineering,
Deep understanding and know-how of RF knowledge
Strong capability of programming with C,VEE or CVI
knowledge of Remote control including GPIB
Be familiar with Agilent RF instruments: spectrum analyzer, signal source, network analyzer, oscilloscope etc
Good communication skill
R&D experience in outstanding company is highly preferred
Knowledge of software engineering is preferred
deep knowledge on RF test is preferred
