Position: Marketing Analyst

Department: BPO
Responsibilies:
Customer care advisers in our call centers are our first point of contact with customers. Youll provide the first line of enquiry for all calls not handled by technical specialists.
Your job is to qualify and identify a variety of customer problems, record them on our database, sort them our personally, or refer them to someone who can.
Managing customer expectations and keeping everyone up to date with progress is a key part of the challenge.

Qualifications
Bachelor or above in business or Marketing or related area
Completion of formal technical or commercial training(3+ years)
Professional experience in commercial or technical areas
Experience in customer handling
Proficiency in office technology
Good communication skills
Accuracy
Ability to work independently
Confident telephone manner
Initiative
Fluency in Japanese and local language, basic English
