- making it easier to anticipate and respond to your market and improve your ability to serve your customers.Job DescriptionEnsure that the IBM Security Policies, Processes and Procedures are implemented and audit compliant within location.Rollout the implementation of GSD331 & ISeC & eBHs coverage to all SO customers and actively involved with DPEs and support staffs on the creation and regular review of the Security documentation.Meet with the customers to ensure that a common understanding on the issues and risks are established between the customer and support on the role and responsibilities on IT Security for delivering the agreed
-to and committed services to customers.Follow up with line management on overdue & non
-compliance (tickets) and report status to Operation & Compliance Manager.Facilitate the preparation and running of the security reviews.Develop and close the action items for the recommendations from the security reviews.Perform monthly on
-site machine sampling check with support and form part of the GCG annual security process review team and be assigned as process/procedure owner of selected process/procedure.Support new deal engagement for IT Security TDA focal point.Perform preparation in client audits, compliance testing/FICs/KCOs, Peer review, and Corp audit.QualificationsBachelors degree or aboveITIL related certificationPreofessional qulifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO177
