Responsibilities:
1.Good computer skills at Office Software,special for Word and Excel, etc;
2.Assist the Finance Manager to well organize and develop the department;
3.Receive and log invoices and prepayment applications from suppliers and employees in the following areas;
4.Be responsible to collect, clarify the information of clients and supplier which contained invoice and packing list ,etc.Education Background & Professional Qualification
1.Experience preferablely;
2.College degree in Financial accounting or Similar majors;
3.Good patient, team work spirit and capabilities of working under stress
4.Self
-learning;
5.Be responsible, hardworking and detail
-oriented;
6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English both read and written.
