GENERAL SUMMARY （工作地点：昆山）This position manages the procurement function of all components, Raw Materials and MRO items as well as those items that may be assigned areas. Is responsible for all economics and cost savings plans and actions for these commodities. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1.Negotiate prices, terms and conditions for the procurement of the items assigned as in the general summary above.
2.Negotiate and develop long term agreements
3.Resolve all cost, quality and delivery problems
4.Achieve annual purchasing objectives for cost reduction, quality, and delivery performance and supplier optimization.
5.Direct the timely and accurate preparation of commodity monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports.
6.Prepare commodity forecast on a monthly and annual basis as compared to standard cost.
7.Track PPV on a monthly basis.
8.Analysis the PPV on a monthly basis and implement corrective actions if the variance is negative. REQUIREMENT:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanics, Business or related field.
2.Previous experience in automotive components (particularly stampings and castings, longer than one year at least) buying Experience required.
3.CPM a plus.
4.Knowledge of business and contract law.
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6.Be able to communicate in English
7.Good root cause analysis skills.
8.Manufacturing capability skills.
9.Understanding of quality systems.
10.Excellent personal computer skills.
