·Responsible for daily purchasing (mainly on indirect materials), order preparation and delivery coordination
·Responsible for purchasing document management, including PR, PO, quotations, delivery notes, receiving notes, invoices and other related documents
·Support source out suitable suppliers according to internal customers’ requirements
·Support supplier performance improvement Required skills and working experience:
-fresh graduates are also welcome
-College or university graduate, major in related areas
-Good written and oral English, CET 6 preferred
-Good at Microsoft Office applications
-Prudential, efficient, quick
-learning and fond of team work and communication
