ERIC Paris Salons Ltd is a French company that blends French style with the Chinese sense of beauty resulting
in personalized results for every person who walks through our door.
This style is brought to consumers through two brands: ERIC Paris and Salon88.
We currently have 9 ERIC Paris hair and beauty salons and 11 Salon88 professional hair salons in Beijing and Shanghai.
Due to our continued fast expansion, we are now recruiting an experienced Software User Support Associate.

Reporting directly to Marketing Analyst & Merlin Manager,
you will be responsible for resolving problems of each salon with our Salon Management system MERLIN and other software.
Your support will be done primarily remotely using Yahoo Messenger, PC Anywhere and on the phone.
Occasionally you will be required to go to different salons to resolve problems and to setup software and systems.
You are also responsible for extracting useful management information from Merlin as and when required.

You should have a relevant university degree. Highly organized and hard working,
you should have experience of working in a software support team where you provided support to internal users of any software.
Previous experience of managing a software support help desk would be advantageous.
You should be proficient in Excel and have the ability to write Macros and MS Access.

There is no requirement on nationality but the person should be able to speak very fluent Chinese and can read and write English.
