· Marketing Support :
- Take part in ensure smooth flow of market information from the market and sales teams towards the BU
· Sales Support :
- Customer related sales support & services and follow up.
- Customer Service rendered for distributors / customers throughout the Asia Pacific Region
· Sales Administration
- Order placement for supply of incoming goods and onward invoicing to customers
- Demand Forecast
- Monthly reporting preparation
- Credit and payment management
- Cover rota for absent collegues
- Shipment follow up and documents
- Monitoring & control on invoicing & deliveries implemented by service providers
Requirements / 资 历 要 求 ：
· Qualifications / experience:
- Operational experiences in chemical ( including bulk ) business practices.
- Proficiency in English & Asian languages.
- Conscience of the importance of product related HSE / quality factors.
· Intrinsic qualities :
- Good team worker with ability to communicate effectively within a multicultural context.
- Ability to take appropriate initiative & ensure the accuracy and productivity of work done.
