 Analyze business processes of a target country / unit to ascertain specific legal and organizational parameters
 Set up SAP supply chain system related parameters specific to the target country in accordance with the predefined company Way.
 Liaise with process owners in determining any scope changes and ensuring no diversity from the company Way
 Explain to new users and local management why the business processes are set up as they are – in conjunction with global process owners
 Guide local unit staff through the data conversion, coach and train end users
 Assist the local unit staff in developing and testing outputs
 Ensure adherence to all corporate guidelines and rules for project implementation
 Maximize harmonization with other units and safeguard global system integrity
 Support the live R/3 system when not on a project
 Harmonize other live units with the company Way
 Develop new functionality according to approved business change requests
