Responsibilities:Provide product specific training for company including assisting the representatives in sales & marketing activities in China.Provide technical support for company representatives. Will work closely with the Home Office to resolve issues.Assist company representatives with the sales process by presenting technical seminars.Assist with the translation of documents from English to Chinese.Ability to travel 30% of the time.Experience and Education:Bachelors Degree in an engineering or science discipline.Experience in a customer or technical support role.Language Ability:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English.
