Job DescriptionDuring SAP implementation and go
-live supporting phase, need one system engineer monitoring and maintaining the SAP application systems.Responsibilities:
-Ensures stable SAP application systems including DEV, QA and Production system during implementation and after go
-living.
-Provides all SAP Basis services in the administration of SAP during implementation and after go
-living.
-Working with ERP Team, Develops, maintains, and documents SAP system operating procedures including backup and recovery of the SAP system, system error detection procedures, database reorganization, and SAP background job scheduling. Configures and resolves problems with the operation of the SAP spool and background job systems
-Provides SAP BASIS support including patches & fixes and performance monitoring activities.
-Supports the planning and execution of SAP version upgrades from a technical aspect
-Works with the Technical Service Team in providing SAP
-related hardware specifications
-Works with the ERP Team to conduct tuning
-Work on any other assignment if necessaryRequirements:
-Bachelor Degree (Computer Science or its equivalent)
-Excellent knowledge in Unix, Windows platform, Oracle database
-Working experience in large foreign company is preferred
-Experience with SAP is preferred
-ITIL/ITSM knowledge helpful
-Good Team Spirit, initiative work and self
-inspiring
-Good communication in English(Writing & Spoken)
-With strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively
