Reporting to the Customer Support Manager向客户支持经理汇报。Major Responsibilities:主要职责:
1. Duties will include installation, maintenance and repair of our equipment at various customer sites within China.为不同地区的中国客户安装、维护及修理我们的设备。
2. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and technical support for the start
-up and installation of our automated machinery.具有为自动化设备的启动和安装提供电子及机械方面的故障应急修理及技术支持。
3. Your duties will include material handling, equipment set up and check our working with the customers.你的职责包括，材料处理，设备安装和与客户联合完成验收。
4. Problem solving and training other workers.处理出现的问题并培训其他工人。
5. Take ownership of customer issues to satisfy/delight customers by providing real

-High school diploma with at least 3 year relevant experience is required to the position of Field Service Technician中专毕业证书持有者，至少3年现场岗位所需的相关经验。
-Be able to work overtime as needed需要时能够加班。
-Be able to use hand tools and to be physically able to do your work适合动手作业，熟练使用各种手动工具
