职位描述/要求： General Info The system engineer works in the System Administration team to provide support to the internal Windows servers and workstations. In this role, the system engineer should:
· Installs, configures and maintains software and hardware of desktops/laptops and even servers.
· Provides resolution for desktop/laptop hardware, software, email, Web, Internet, Intranet and other related problems.
· Manages hardware and software upgrade, also maintains server and desktop security through the timely application of patches
· Perform basic hardware and software training to end
-user
· Perform other related duties. The successful candidate will be better to have related working experience, preferably in an enterprise (50+ employees) environment and good experience with Microsoft Windows 2003 server and Exchange server. A graduate is also welcomed. Job Requirements Essential
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Desirable
· Good knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, email, Internet and related protocols.
· Proficient at Windows 2003 server, Exchange server administration and rich experience in DNS, Wins, DHCP, SMS and others.
· Strong troubleshooting capability, able to identify and solve problem quickly.
· Able to learn fast
· Good in English Personal Qualities
· Proactive and organised, with excellent time management and planning skills
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Excellent communication skills
