职位描述：
1.筹建南非或非洲法语区国家分公司，整合非洲各国现有的矿产资源项目，开发新的投资项目。
2.参与开发过程中的商务、法律和财务调研，项目评估和商务谈判及上市准备等工作。
3.配合技术、投资、贸易等部门在非洲的业务工作。要求：
1、法语听说读写熟练（必须）。
2、英语听说读写熟练，能做为主要工作语言写作文件报告等。
3、专业背景不限，工作经验不限。
4、优先考虑有非洲国家工作经历或商务经验者。
5、能适应长期外派南非/非洲出差。

To fulfill the objective, SINOM has made great effort and high performance in five areas: build-up of core competence, establishment of domestic marketing network, procurement of financing platform, development of overseas resources projects, and the formation of strategic investment platform.
