Position: Project Officer （3个方向） Workplace：Shenzhen and Hongkong Nature：Full
-time Job Duties: For ICF Officer—
1.Liaise with international organizations and professional societies.
2.Develop networks of professional societies as platform for communications.
3.Explore and coordinate membership application for Tophuman in various training and coaching organizations.
4.Coordinate application for accreditation of Tophuman programmes in international organizations and professional societies. For School Officer—
1.Introduce REN Coaching Model to academic settings.
2.Coordinate the implementation of REN Coaching in tertiary education curriculum with other departments and external academic institutions.
3.Liaise with other departments and external parties on the development of REN Coaching in academic institutions. For ‘Ren’ Project Officer—
1.Develop the coaching training kit – REN Coaching Kit.
2.Liaise with other parties on the research and development of training kit for coaching. For All Position—
1.Prepare and coordinate the production of promotion and publicity items
2.Support other research and development work in the department.
3.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in any discipline.
2.Excellent command in written English and Chinese.
3.Fluent spoken English and Chinese.
4.Knowledge of MS Office: Word (including Chinese typing), Excel and Powerpoint. Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1.Spoken Cantonese.
2.Able to work independently.
3.Good organization skills
4.Innovative and analytical mind.
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in public relations and communication, or related field would be a definite asset.
