Job Responsibilities:
1.To provide administrative support the BU Commercial Managers.
2.To assist the Divisional Customer Services Supervisor in preparing contract review documentation.
3.To provide internal assistance for the sales team when they are outside the office.
4.To assist the AE functions in the preparation of technical documents.
5.To assist the sales team in the preparation of quotations and tender document.Other Job Requirements:Work with marketing team to assist in coordination of Thermo Fisher Scientific presence at industry trade shows or industry seminars.Qualifications:
1.Experience of providing support for a commercial operation
2.College or university degree
3.Foreign company、s working experience is highly preferred.
4.Language: CET
-4 is the basic requirement.
5.Computer: Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite.
