Reports to: Logistic Specialist — DC SongjiangAssignments:
-Make inbound receiving plan in accordance to logistics planning notice
-Follow up receiving plan, especially update and check special/abnormal articles
-Allocate picking zone due to the multi
-pack’s size to optimize warehouse
-Release trips according to logistics outbound planning
-Coordinate with Production Flow Coordinator and Logistic Planner on order information
-Update non
-pick list
-Constantly monitor warehouse location occupation
-Work with System Administrator on goods flow and warehouse mapping
-Assist operation co
-workers in daily system problem solvingKnowledge and experiences:
-Collage degree or above
-Good computer skills, including Excel, Access.
-Good at data analysis, be sensitive in numbers
-Good at Oral and Written English
-Excellent communication skill
-Experience as planner or in warehouse will be a plusPersonal characteristic:
-Enthusiastic, optimistic, cheerful and easy going
-Willing to learn and to work under pressure
-Self motivated, detail oriented
-Like to take responsibilities
-Team player, cooperative
