1.to follow up purchase orders on all the stages of production plan if needed in future ( from order placement till the final shipment.)
2. to maintain the business coordination of the head office specialists business trips to the suppliers
3. to provide interaction and efficient communication between head office production managers and Chinese suppliers in all stages of pre
-production & manufacturing process of garments collections on a daily basis.
4.to provide necessary analysis to Head office production managers.
5.to effect the inline and final QC Inspections of the garments collections in accordance with AQL standard.
6.to check patterns, fitting and workmanship and to resolve quality related issues throughout production process between head office and suppliers.
7.to control suppliers production in accordance with the special requirements of the head office.
8.to attend weekly production meeting and report the factory production status to Merchandising Manager.
