As part of the analyst team, you will collect and analyze primary and secondary data on market conditions and business growth opportunities, interview market participants, end
-users, distributors, write market reports, develop market forecasts and deliver analyst briefings and cultivate client relationships. -users for the purpose of gathering primary data and ultimately producing a written market research reportConduct in
-depth market analysis, and develop revenue forecastsCritically evaluate, summarize and draw conclusions from a wide variety of secondary dataWrite insightful articles on the industry for Frost & Sullivan online, Web newsletters, magazines, newspapers, and other industry media; contribute in content to reporters for major business publicationsEstablish a presence as an influential and knowledgeable figure in the Medical Devices/Biomedical Engineering/IVD Diagnostics industryJob Requirements:Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology or an Interdisciplinary biomedical program is requiredAdditional coursework or strong interest in Market Research, Business or Economics is highly desirableUnderstanding of the Medical Devices/Biomedical Engineering/IVD Diagnostics industry, basic business principles and financial concepts including and not limited to financial valuations, modeling, etc.Prior experience in the Medical Devices and/or Clinical/IVD Diagnostics is a plusStrong quantitative skills which will facilitate creative and accurate forecast modelingExperience in making presentations to senior and executive
