-skilled and handle any overflow of calls from Frontline;Provide the reference and guidance to Station Customer Service including tracing, complain and claim, help station customer service department improve the service level;Handle and respond to all tracing enquiries in accordance with the DHL Network Operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction;Qualifications：Technical Skills (Telephone systems, order/shipment Track & Track & Trace Systems and Order Booking systems preferable);Communication skills – spoken and written (excellent);Negotiation and Interpersonal skills;Professional telephone manner;注意事项：
