1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in compute-related disciplines from accredited university
2. Acceptable oral/written English communication skills
3. Good understanding on OOP/OOD
4. Good understanding on .NET Framework
5. Experience with C#, , XML, We Services etc…
6. At least one of RDBMS (SQL server, DB2, Oracle etc…)
7. Experience with GUI programming will be a plus
