Job Description:
- Receives visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
- Operates a switchboard. Answer, connect and transfer telephone calls.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mails, documents, parcels and newspapers.
- Manage the company conference room in a proper utilization and maintenance.
- Assist with office administration.Requirements:
- College graduated or above with major in English is preferred.
- Good image with sweet voice, patient and co
-operative in answering telephone calls.
- Interested in Administration.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Proficient MS office skills.
- Responsible and service
-minded.Working Hours: Monday
-Friday:
9:00am to 5:30pm.
