Project description:
We are helping a large multi-national company to evaluate and re-design a new strategy for China market. The client currently has barriers in terms of growth, because a lot of growth opportunities in the future are in a segment where the firm doesn have a competitive advantage.

We will
• Provide market intelligence for the client to enter and penetrate the mid-market in selected product categories in China
• Prioritize business cases based on attractiveness and clients capability
• Determine go-to-market strategy for prioritized business cases
– Product offerings/portfolio (including local requirement, functions & services for mid-end market)
– Supply strategy (i.e. outsourcing, adaptation, own development, own production, acquisition, etc.)
– Marketing & Sales (i.e. value proposition, pricing, distribution channels)


Project duration:
Start from July 9th and last for 5 weeks, possible extension for another 5 weeks. We need your full time commitment for the period you are in. You will get the opportunity to work with top talents in the consulting industry and get exposure to clients senior management team

Requirement:
No major preference
Students with solid analytical skills and quantitative skills
Strong inter-personal skills
Self-motivated and quick learner
Strong Excel and Powerpoint capability

Compensation:
25 RMB per hour
