ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesBusiness Focused:
*Develop and work on new product introduction for the product category (may oversee multiple NPIs depending on product offerings in the product category)
*Drive appropriate PRD / eNPI deliverables and necessary execution control to meet or exceed program targets

*Functional Expertise:
-Excellent systems knowledge of the products within a business product category
-Excellent program management, organizational design, execution planning, and control competency
-Excellent knowledge of GE business processes
-Demonstrated technology and clinical domain expertise
*Engineering Process:
-Excellent knowledge in engineering processes (concept to EOPL)
-Ability to leverage need for good product development process
-Practical experience optimizing engineering process rigor with product delivery priorities
*Product Life Cycle:
-Demonstrated experience on global product releases (concept to EOPL)
-Practical program experience on at least 6 NPI programs
-Experience understanding and driving VCP and ICV reduction to optimize profitability
*Project Execution
-Ability to drive global team to deliver business and program goals
-Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional accountability
-Proven success at meeting project goals while satisfying quality & compliance, performance, schedule, and budget CTQs
-Demonstrated cross functional experience managing the NPI process
-Developed meeting facilitation skills (driving daily meetings, weekly core team meetings, and execution control meetings)
-Excellence in delegating tasks and following through to closure
