岗位名称(英文): Admin Assistant*
职位描述(英文): 1. Administrative tasks supporting our executives including sc
hedule management, calendar; making travel arrangements; coordinating meetin
gs and group events; prepare & track expense reports; proofreading documents
;and interfacing with high level executives both internally and externally in
a professional, effective manner.
2. Must be able to assist in preparation of presentations and report.
3. Acting as a window for executives with other departments and outside agenc
ies, including senior-level management
4. Shall be able to handled highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine in
formation.
