Inside Sales Lead
Department: Sales
Position Description: Support the selling efforts in a manner that will ensure customer needs, sales targets, and goals are met. Interact extensively with customers, Representatives, Distributors and Telesis personnel. Assists in the development of new markets, market evaluations and strategies. Manages leads; prioritizes, qualifies and follows-up on leads in the field. Research and follow-up of customer and sales problems/concerns to ensure total resolution and customer satisfaction. Keeps abreast of NAFTA regulations and import/export regulations.
Reports To: Customer Support Manager
Position Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience with an international background, including familiarity with import/export regulations and NAFTA. Strong computer, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required. Mechanical and technical aptitude is a must. Ability to speak a second language is a plus. Must be able to learn Telesis’ products and keep abreast of all updates and new technology. Ability to multi-task and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks is required. Must be analytical, highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects while following through. Ability to work in a sometimes stressful environment. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.; and bend, twist and stand for long intervals. Regular attendance & punctuality are a must. Travel as required.
