- With sales/marketing experience in automation/drive
- With good back ground automation/drive products ,and Good sense on sales service and support experience
- Has the experience on working under sales target
- Good networking and communication skill
- Good skill in English and computer operation要求:

- Reach the target of year turnover and EBIT through kinds of ways, esp. the internal sales network
- Manage and develop regional customers
- Be able to make out solutions for training acc to the customers requirment through applying the available courses
- Take part in the construction activities in the company and the dept.工作职责：
- 通过各种途径,尤其是西门子销售网络,完成部门制定的销售EBIT指标.
- 负责管理和开发区域内客户
- 熟悉课程设置结构,能按客户的培训需求配置培训方案.
- 参与部门内的各项建设活动
