Receptionist / Administrative Assistant BASIC FUNCTION Provides a courteous reception service to external customers. Performs limited secretarial functions to all internal customers. Assist in stationary purchase and driver management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Handle switchboard, receive and transfer phone calls, transmit and take message 2. Receive and direct visitors 3. Order of lunch boxes 4. Sort and distribute incoming mail 5. Assist in car arrangement, shuttle buses service. 6. Assist in general administration 7. Ensure continuity of work in case of absence REQUIREMENTS 1. A college or Senior School degree with major in Business Administration or equivalent 2. Good communication, presentation and team working skills 3. Self-motivated, initiative and be able to work independently 4. Good in English and Mandarin writing, speaking, reading. 5.
