JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keep track of Daktronics equipment.

2. Learn general technical knowledge of Daktronics displays and controllers.

3. Work on help desk to answer customer’s technical calls.

4. Work in service center to repair Daktronics equipment at Shanghai.

5. Become familiar with customer base through regular, ongoing contact via in-person meetings, phone and e-mail.

6. Provide on-site technical service (maintenance) for all display and control equipment.

7. Be on-site and/or on-call during all scheduled events (for facilities that have purchased event support, including nights and weekends).

8. Appropriately document all services performed: Service logs, Work logs, Inventory and Shipping documents.

9. Service existing installation in China.

10. Help desk duties.

11. Manufacturing test.

12. Repair center duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Major in Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology. Other related technical degree with related experience.

2. Strong experience in repair center helpful.

3. Strong communication skills including verbal and written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal. Proficient in following languages:

3.1. Mandarin: Fluent speaker, able to read and write

3.2. English: Fluent speaker, able to read and write

4. Ability to travel via ground or air transportation.

5. Ability to travel to the United States and within China.

6. Valid drivers’ license helpful.

7. Able to work at heights, work from a ladder and ability to carry ladder/tools/parts from vehicle to work site.

8. Available to work evenings and/or weekends to support facility event schedules (possibly on short notice).

9. Must be responsible for daily and weekly work (work with little supervision).

10. Must be self-motivated and organized in order to plan, execute, and document work.

11. Computer skills including Windows NT/2000/XP, Internet navigation, word processing and spreadsheets.

12. Good oral and written communications skills. Good negotiating skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Major in the Electrical Engineering Technology.

2. be good at Auto-CAD

3. Coordinate system design, and work with Project Engineer

4. can be work in flexible hours

5. be interested in the field of project management

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Major in Science degree in engineering, construction management

2. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken. Language skills to include verbal and written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft project management software preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. can be design a detailed and colorful website

3. assist with web design, set up, links, etc.

4. work with internal sales and external web service providers.

QUALIFICATION

1. Major in computer science and technology is preferred

2．Have website design experience including relative software knowledge.

3. Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

4. Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information;

5. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner;

6. Strong self motivation;

7. Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills;

8. Eager and quick to learn.
