Position: Global Mobility Intern
Team: HR Operations APJ
Location: SAP Labs China, Pudong Zhangjiang, Shanghai
Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Walldorf, Germany. SAP is one of the world's largest enterprise management and collaborative business solution provider, as well as the world's leader of independent vendor. Currently, over 29,800 customers are operating more than 100,600 sets of SAP software across over 120 countries. Over 80% of Fortune 500 enterprises can benefit from SAP management solutions. SAP has branches in more than 50 countries and is listed on several exchanges, including the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global mobility case execution process support, incl. visa application support, payment arrangement, following up with 3rd party service providers, document filing, database maintenance, and etc.
2. Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1. Available to work 3 days a week at least
2. Good command of English in both speaking and writing
3. Skillful in MS Office
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Relevant experience in HRM will be a plus
