-To act in the capacity of a small and midsize GT service sales manager and as a customer support manager for China.
-Lease with customers and be the first line of communication for operational issues
-Give technical assistance to customers.
-Manage projectTasks:
-To manage and direct the day to day activities for customers as the interface for gas turbine operating customers and to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell service products in conjunction with the PLC and the regional service hub (marketing support). Agree approach strategy and priority for each target prospect with the marketing support and manage sales.
-Customer support duties for a group of turbine operating customers within China for delivery of maintenance contract services and ad hoc service products. Brief / debrief field staff, ensure the follow
-up residual actions.
-Management reporting to service sales manager PG l1 products and regional customer support manager by way of weekly reviews to ensure the identification of potential to improve profitability / future sales and to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Review customers turbine modification and retrofit status.
-Organize and manage a 24/7 on
-call Rota in coordination with the regional service hub to provide customers with out
-of
-hours technical assistance.
-Organize and plan customer visits on a regular basis to ensure that the customers needs are being met and feedback is obtained in order to improve the level of service provided.
-Provide a troubleshooting service for customer technical queries and breakdowns (site visits may be required).
-Support new unit installation during installation, commissioning and warranty period.Education:
-Bachelor or master degree
-Major in Engineering or Service and Sales background
-English verbal and written wellKnowledge/Languages:
-Background in turbo machinery and economics

-depth knowledge of the design of small and mid

-Good communication skills to understand customer situation. Ability to structure situation and issues for peers and management.
-Good negotiation skills with the ability to lead customer teams to win
-win solutions. Ability to build awareness for the need of service and the associated economic value

-Quality managementExperience:
-Sales experience and good with processes and project management
-Planning, purchasing and implementation of inspections for GT from an operators point of view
-Experience in negotiating with suppliers and contractors. Record of ability to generate win
-win solutions in difficult situations
-Chinese nationality, knowledge about differences between Chinese and Western culture. Short or long
-term stays abroad from China beneficial.
