-six month assignment in Southco China Facilities which is under the leadership and mentoring of our best talents in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain etc. To admit into this program, you need to possess the following qualities:
-Undergraduate or graduate students with relevant major;
-Strong academic performance;
-Teamwork Qualities;
-Willing to make at least four to six months full time commitment to the assignment;
-Self
-confident and motivated;
-Flexible and Strong written and oral communication skills;
-Result
-orientated (Demonstrated ability to move with speed and pressure)
