JOB DESCRIPTIONS

２） Visit customer with Sales to identify the needs of the customers.

３） Research and recommend and find the solution which will meet the needs of import process for our customers.

４） Monitor operating plans after the implementation.

５） Develop an operating plan for transferred bond-out in China.

６） Act as the project manager to ensure that compiled information is accurate and provide to Sales and customers in a timely manner.

７） Monitor changes/updates in local customs, trade and tax regulations. Provide updates to the related party in Japan.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Shipping Assistance and Coordination

- Support international origin sales staff by the way to answer incoming questions – refer to correct staff and management in China to solve the questions.

- Keep log of these questions, follow up if not answered.

On-Shipping Assistance and Coordination

- Contact with local operations, customer service and vendors to initiate customer ad hoc requests for non-standard service adjustments.

Post-Shipping Assistance and Coordination

- Suggest and make changes to web page and Japan Outbound Handbook to provide wider access to questions which are frequently asked.

- Keep log of issues and bring to management attention when action is required.

Requirements:

1) A basic degree in international trade.

2) Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

3) Strong command to speak trilingual languages, Chinese, English and Japanese.

4) Ability to lead or work with others in the development environment and implementation of business initiatives.

5) Candidates with postgraduate qualification in business administration, legal studies, logistics or supply chain management are strongly encouraged to apply.

6) Excellent communication skills in working with external customers, senior management and governmental agencies.
