Responsibility

Based in our R&D Support Center in Shanghai, the Information System Process Engineer, working with our Senior IT Support Engineer, takes in charge of the following missions:
- Promote the process evolutions as well as the functional / performance evolutions in Information System areas for CRDC;
- Share and ensure back-up actions regarding IT support in the whole CRDC business scope;
- Take part in CRDC Information Security Management System setting up and deployment.
The Information System Process Engineer will also
- Take part in the development of statistic tools for CRDC organizational performance measurement and edition;
- Participate in and contribute to Software Engineering Process Improvement activities to boost offer creation projects’ development.


Requirement

- Bachelor degree or above major in Computer Science/Technology or other Engineering domains;
- Solid knowledge / experience of Information System Administration and / or of Software Application development;
- Understanding of user needs in a R&D environment, willingness to learn and share knowledge with engineering, design personnel and managers;
- Creative problem solving skills and ability of mediating issues with prudent decisions;
- Ability to work efficiently with respect to others as part of a multi-culture team;
- Committed to Quality and System Surety;
- Excellent communications skills, including written and spoken English.
