It is very important for the development team to know all the organizational processes so that they can follow them without failure. Process auditor’s role is to ensure that all the employees are following the operational technical processes defined in the organization. Non-compliance to the process should be identified at the earliest and necessary steps should be taken to increase the compliance of the process. The key role of the process auditor is to ensure that all of our development resources are following the process. This will ensure the level of quality that we deliver in service delivery.
Responsibility:
Perform regular audit of team members in operational processes
Perform regular audit of team members in technical processes
Issue non-compliance notices to the team members
Help the team members to find the root causes of non-compliance and eliminate them
Skill Requirements:
Good knowledge of CMM/CMMi, BS7799 and Six Sigma
Experience in process implementation and certification
Experience in working with development team, helping them to follow the process
Experience in process audit (Certified auditor preferred)
++ Experience in CMM/CMMi certification
++ Experience in working in a foreign company environment
