Job Description:
Provide administrative support for the department manager and the supporting teams to ensure the working efficiency.
Complete and maintain a varity of reports as directed by the department manager.
Communicate and coordinate effectively within the internal departments.
Be responsible for all team buiding activities.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification:
Outstanding communication skills.
English, or Business Administration major. TEM-8 or CET-6 above.
Outstanding oral and written skill in both English and Chinese.
Proficient operation skill of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Willing to take responsibilities and self-motivated.
Independent problem solving ability.
