Position Summary/职位简介
-Responsible for all jobs to the national sales operation

Main Responsibilities/工作职责
-Standard policy/process set up, maintenance and improvement
标准销售流程/政策的制定、贯彻执行与改善；
-Manage sales data analysis
销售数据分析；
-Provide professional sales development plan for field sales staff;
为区域销售发展提供专业方案
-Design and supervise sales training plan;
销售人员的培训；
-Customer contract management
销售合同管理
-3rd party vendor management/ Team administration/ filing management
供应商管理，销售行政人员的管理，文档整理；

Qualification & Experience/职位要求
-Sales background and familiar with MT and distributor management
有销售经验，熟悉现代通路运作及经销商的管理。
-Mature individual able to work under multiple tasks with tight schedule.
办事干练细心，应对能力佳；
-Responsible with good team work spirit
工作责任心强，团队协作性佳；
-Can work under pressure
能承受较强的工作压力
-Familiar with PC operation and good data analysis skill
电脑操作熟练，有较强的数字处理能力；

Education & Language/学历及语言要求
-Bachelor degree or above
大学本科以上学历；
-Good oral and written English
良好的英语口语及读写能力。
