主要职责：
-执行日常流程，包括销售预测到日常库存监督更新，熟悉订单到付款流程，收集客户反馈并解决；
-协调公司全球客户服务部确保当地进口产品准时交货；
-使用精益及六个西格玛简化流程；
-掌握所有合同数据库，准备信用证；
-维护物流与包装的整个流程，根据实际请况满足客户的特殊需求；
-根据公司整体业务计划掌管库存；要求：
-物流、国际贸易等相关专业本科学历；
-熟悉订单操作流程；
-熟悉国内人民币付款业务，进出口流程，有清关资格者优先；
-库存管理方面有经验；
-与全球客户沟通经验；
-结果为导向，有承担风险的能力，引导变化；
-在项目管理跟团队管理方面有经验；
-良好的英语听说读写能力；
-解决问题的能力及很强的沟通能力；
-可以应对30%以上出差Responsibilities
-Execute daily activities of linking Sales forcasting to Supply chain, inventory monitoring and updating, order
-to
-cash process and complaint–to–resolution feedback
-Coordinate with the company global customer service team to ensure on
-time delivery of local or import products to customers
-Simplify & standardize processes using LEAN and six sigma tools.
-Periodically ,visit key accounts with sales
-Drive boundaryless improvements in company supply chain and beyond based on customer inputs.
-Manage database of Sales contracts. Prepare accrual, credit / debit / rebate
-Setup & manage freight forward services, export and import documentation and LCs
-Maintain special instructions for logistics and packaging requirements, bundle deliveries and shipments, follow up on actual delivery
-Manage local inventory in accordance to local business planningQualifications required
-BS or higher degree in logistics, international trading or related major
-Demonstrated experience in Order Fulfillment processes/technologies
-Demonstrated experiences in RMB domestic Sales order process, import/export logistics. Certifications and eligibility of handling import process including Customs clearance will be a major plus.
-Experience in customer data management and local inventory management
-Experience in interfacing with international customer Service, local sales/marketing or global product management will be a plus.
-Results oriented; Ability to take risks, think out

-Demonstrated leadership/Supervisory skill in Project Management and Team Management
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The facility will have 5 units including an annual capacity of 600,000 tons. Construction was begun with production expected to begin in 2007, owned 5 projects including 600 kiloton/y acetic acid.
