主要职责：
-跟法律部门、公司内部采购团队充分合作以满足外部客户的需求；
-根据公司内部流程完成采购合同；
-负责合同的跟踪及归档；
-协助经理进行采购；
-为主要原材料的采购收集、分析、准备报告；
-协助分析及评估供应商的计划；
-根据需要协助部门进行的其他工作；技能要求：
-商业分析专业毕业；
-有国际贸易工作经验；
-良好的英语听说读写能力；
-良好的谈判能力；
-对系统有良好的认知（使用过SAP者优先）Main Responsibility:
-To work closely with Legal and Celanese Procurement organization and vendor network in the region to satisfy customers needs
-To follow up with internal process to complete a contract.
-To be responsible for contract filing and follow up.
-To assist the manager for sourcing
-To search , analysis and prepare the report on focused raw materials
-To assist on the analysis and evaluation on proposals from vendors
-To carry out other responsibilities when required by the company or managerRequired Knowledge:
-Major in business analysis.
-Knowledge or experience on international trading
-Good command of English and communication skills
-Good negotiation skills
-Knowledge of computerized business system (preferably SAP) would be beneficial
-Self motivation

The facility will have 5 units including an annual capacity of 600,000 tons. Construction was begun with production expected to begin in 2007, owned 5 projects including 600 kiloton/y acetic acid.
